The special requirement for a door lock hardware manufacturer had to do with being able to run two styles of metal bushing on the same system with minimal change-over and with the possibility that both parts might be present in the feed system at any given time. Action Feed System rose to the challenge, designing a vibratory bowl that mechanically sorted and separated two styles of bushing into separate bowl discharges. To fail-safe the system, proximity switches were installed to provide a signal to the plc, should the wrong part style enter the feed line.	Steel Bushing Feed/Sort System
