At a time when every purchase is
viewed and reviewed, AFS was chosen for a number
of considerations. A competive quote being a given,
a good service reputation along with successful
experience on five previous feed systems with very
similar part geometry may have been the deciding
factor in the choice.
AFS has the distinct advantage
in being an agile company without a crushing burden
of overhead.
We are keenly aware of the competitive
nature of doing business in the current economic
climate. Our quotes consistently reflect these advantages
and many of our customers have ordered repetively
from us.
We also understand that our customer
may order a part feeding system, but what they really
expect is a solution to a particular problem or
need. For example on this system mentioned at the
outset, the original part orientation was changed
during the assembly and debugging stage of the larger
automated system. In this case, the change was made
without any additional fee.
Our goal is to provide that solution
as completely as possible, overcoming unforeseen
issues that often surface during the design and
testing stage. By doing this we have been building
long term relationships. The high percentage of
repeat orders is a sign that the philosophy is working!
